Refund Policy

A refund would be made for the book/s ordered from www.gurueducation.in only when the book/s are returned as per the Return Policy.

The customer could get a full refund in case the order is cancelled and intimated to us within 24 hrs or before we have dispatched the book/s. The customer can cancel an online order by emailing immediately to gurueducation48@gmail.com.

In place of the book/s ordered the customer can email us any other book/s either of the same value or more. If the value of the books so chosen is more than the online order originally ordered, we shall let you know the difference amount to be paid to us. Book/s would be dispatched only after the difference amount has been received at our end.

The book/s that has been purchased from any of our offices cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the same office from where the book/s were purchased.
